18k Yellow Gold Ruby and Diamond Parti Cocktail ring in size 7. Ring contains 13 (3 mm) Diamonds in the center and six marquise Rubies measuring 4.7 mm x 2.7 mm. The band is made up of 14 baguette cut Diamonds between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm.
